After I finished day 1 of the 30 day shred, I walked back in the room to find this scene. I immediately grabbed Gene so he to could witness this hilarious chapter in our son's life. Once Logan noticed we were watching him, he got mad and jumped on the futon and stopped working out. I was glad because watching him made me laugh so hard and my abs were already tired from the dang workout! We continued on about our business and he eventually resumed his regimen. He had a game last night as well....when we returned from that, he got the girls and they started doing the workout as well. Pretty funny! Today is day 2 and Logan joined me for the "fun". His comments kept cracking me up....when Jillian would tell you "keep pushing" he would respond "She's not even doing anything but talking". When she would say "almost done" he would repeat, "almost done momma". Did I mention instead of handweights, he was using water bottles! Gene and I have been running together but I just needed something else to help get me ready for the beach! California here I come!!! Have a great week everyone...ps. I'm not looking forward to trying to get out of bed in the morning...yikes!
Many Blessings,

I love it! Kaeden is my little workout buddy already too - he likes to run with me. :)
Thanks for your comment: Our website is www.buildanoriginal.com and you should check it out. I'm in the process of updating it but you will be able to see some pictures and floorplans. Then come back in about two weeks and check out the new stuff! :)
My advice? First, mentally walk through the floorplan and make sure it is the way you want it. My best idea was adding the laundry room right next to the master closet (see the Woods plan) - it is so practical! But, once the building process has started and you have signed off on everything - try to keep from changing anything. That can really throw off the schedule and stress out your builder. Meet with your builder every other week at the house just to stay informed - and so your builder will stay on his toes - but don't take it as a time to change anything. :) Oh! And most importantly - make sure they CLEAN the concrete before they lay the carpet pad - some people actually lay it over dust and dirt (CRAZY!) and you and your family will be breathing that mess for a long time! I would be there the day before they laid the carpet or that morning - and talk to your builder about it so he will know you are aware.
